We had nice relaxing time in Marana beach apartment. Good location in green condominium park with nice gardens around and private beach with sunbeds. Apartment is large and beautifully located. There are basic amenities for cooking. There is small supermarket nearby that is open during peak season. Very convenient for quiet and relaxing holidays at the beach or as base location for visiting the surroundings with the car.
Some more caution shall be given to apartment cleaning- during sweeping the floors we found in the apartment and terrace quite a lot of cut nails from previous guests what was not a pleasant surprise. The check in procedure could be smoother, as it took 1.5h before we could get the keys. Some small things to improve: fridge doors need to be fixed as not airtoght and food got spoiled fast; there is a dishwasher so would be great to give 1-2 washing tablets, we have been reminded few times to recycle the waste and take them with us - it would be great if the apartment like other places in Sardegna is providing more than one rubbish bin or at least the bin bags. The rubbish shed was locked and we have not received any instruction or response how to open it, instead another reminder the take the rubbish with is.

Posizione comodissima, appartamenti spaziosi, puliti e con tutto il necessario. Anche il complesso della struttura con bar, gastronomia/pizzeria, supermercato e tabacchino a due passi. In più l’ombrellone e i lettini inclusi sono un ottimo optional.
L’unica cosa che mi è piaciuta un po’ meno ma non pregiudica assolutamente la scelta del posto è la doccia del bagno fissa e la lavatrice un po’ datata e rumorosa nella centrifuga ma comunque funzionante, i panni si asciugano comunque al sole.

Abbiamo soggiornato per due settimane alla Marinella presso Marana Apartments e, nel complesso, abbiamo trascorso una vacanza piacevole e confortevole.
L’appartamento è dotato di tutto ciò che può essere utile per un soggiorno, compresi lavastoviglie e lavatrice, e dispone di un terrazzo molto piacevole e in buona parte coperto, che abbiamo apprezzato particolarmente. Nel complesso, la struttura offre una buona base per una vacanza rilassante.
Ci sono però alcuni aspetti che, a nostro avviso, potrebbero essere migliorati, soprattutto per quanto riguarda la precisione delle informazioni e la comunicazione. In particolare, la descrizione dell’alloggio e le fotografie possono risultare un po’ fuorvianti: avevamo inteso che l’appartamento fosse un bilocale con una camera da letto separata, anche perché nella descrizione viene indicata la presenza di una “camera da letto”. In realtà si tratta di un monolocale, con cucina, zona giorno e letto nello stesso ambiente. Sarebbe quindi utile rendere questo aspetto più esplicito nella descrizione, così da evitare possibili fraintendimenti.
Anche la dotazione di stoviglie e posate potrebbe essere leggermente più abbondante: durante un soggiorno di due settimane, ad esempio, il numero di forchette e coltelli a disposizione è risultato piuttosto limitato.
Infine, al momento del check-out ci è stato comunicato che la tassa di soggiorno doveva essere pagata in contanti e che l’importo era stato aggiornato rispetto all’anno precedente e risultava superiore a quello indicato su Booking. Anche in questo caso, sarebbe sicuramente utile comunicare in anticipo eventuali variazioni e le modalità di pagamento, così da evitare sorprese al momento della partenza.
Nel complesso, quindi, ci siamo trovati bene e abbiamo apprezzato molto la dotazione dell’appartamento e il terrazzo.
