Ein prima Platz für Tage in Terracina

Die Lage ist hervorragend, die Wohnung groß und mit allem eingerichtet, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht. Der Vermieter und sein Vertreter vor Ort waren sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich! Zum Strand wenige Minuten, ebenso Restaurants und Café Pina.

Bei Buchung habe ich übersehen, dass es keine Bettwäsche gibt, aber das war zu lösen!

Esperienza pessima

La posizione a due passi dal mare è l'unico punto a favore.

Non siamo soliti lasciare recensioni, ma questa volta è d'obbligo. Se potessimo dare 0 stelle le daremmo. La casa viene consegnata non completamente pulita, con mobilio, suppellettili e cuscini consunti, presenza di formiche e superfici arrugginite in cucina, polvere, sciacquone wc non completamente funzionante, capelli sui materassi. Purtroppo non possiamo allegare i video fatti, ma solo qualche foto. Il proprietario non ha concesso il rimborso richiesto, nonostante siamo ritornati a casa la notte stessa e non abbiamo usufruito affatto della struttura. Chiaramente non si dispone di una ditta di pulizie e non si investe per migliorare una casa che, a due passi dal mare, avrebbe elevate potenzialità. Inoltre, sono presenti nella struttura soltanto 2 ventilatori a pala vecchi e dai quali cadono polvere e sporcizia e che non sono neanche lontanamente sufficienti per superare il caldo e l'afa di una zona di mare. La temperatura e la percentuale di umidità rilevate con appositi strumenti a mezzanotte e mezza DENTRO CASA erano intollerabili (30 gradi con umidità pari al 90%). Sembrava di essere nella giungla, respirando acqua e sudando stando fermi. Tra i vestiti attaccati alla pelle e l'incapacità di muoversi da davanti al ventilatore, si prospettava un inferno, non certo la vacanza rilassante che avevamo immaginato. Il costo per quello che viene offerto non è assolutamente in linea con ciò che ci si trova davanti all'arrivo. Cercate altrove, se volete un consiglio spassionato da chi ci è cascato in pieno e ha dovuto rinunciare alle vacanze con i propri bambini e oltretutto si ritrova pure nella situazione stressante di combattere per avere un risarcimento.
