The check-in instructions were very good, the location is what we wanted.
The bed is tiny (1.35cm likely) and super uncomfortable, they said the sofa was a sofa bed but it wasn’t, no blackout curtains, the secondary door lock didn’t work, the parking remote didn’t work (we had to wait for other neighbours to open). I tried communicating with them but the answers took 1-2 days and never addressing the point. Only last night they confirmed the sofa was a sofa bed but to send them a photo to confirm… We didn’t manage to sleep well a single day. They list a coffee maker in their amenities apart from the electric kettle, but when we asked them they said they didn’t have. All in all, disappointing.
