Host communication was very good
Location especially to the airport was perfect
The room was as described in the pictures
Added reception security with facial ID was good
Facilities provided in the room were good.
Cleaners came during the stay and did a good job.
Hand towel in the bathroom could have been bigger, was more like a face flannel so not very convenient especially if there's more than 1 of you. I would suggest to leave a few extras for guests.
The rug in the studio needs a better clean.
I found the washier/dryer a little complex to use.(It's a very fancy model) another suggestion would be to have the instructions handy.
The WiFi was unstable at one point. Took to long to sort out albeit we got there in the end.

The property is very modern and has a front desk area. There is a small cafe on site and a gym, as well as a few pools. The studio I stayed in was perfect for one person. Facilities like an iron, kettle, toaster as well cutlery and a stove and washing machine were available for use which was nice.
Sebastian who was my agent during my stay, was very pleasant and friendly, and always went out of his way to help. I had a small issue with the wifi and he ensured that he helped get the matter resolved promptly.
Cleaners came every 4 days to clean the room and did a good job. (I was there for 2 weeks)
When you exit the building, there is opportunity to take a taxi as they wait around nearby. There is also an underground car park.
Very close to Maxi Mart and Palace supermarkets and also not too far from Osu Oxford Street and the airport.
I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend.
There was a small issue with the hot water but this was only for a short time.
