Hygiene could be improved, it was not bad but the washbasin was clogged for the whole 2 days.

There isn't a lot to like honestly. They have only one guy handling the bookings. He was sweet and kind.
The location is in a bit of a dodgy alley. Extremely noisy and dusty road. The dorm I was in did not have a ceiling fan and it would get extremely hot. I realised how little attention is paid to women's comfort, cleanliness, or safety overall in Indian hostels (I saw this after trying hostels in other cities and countries). The dorm is really small. You'll barely get any place to keep your bag or other things.
The staff is pretty inept. There was no toilet roll or safety box or keys to the room provided. He did not show me the common area or give me an idea on where to find what etc. It's left up to me to understand or figure things out on my own. I went in September when it got very hot. I had to ask for a separate sheet which was met with refusal and resistance. I had to insist which is when I got one.
