Spacious, clean room, although we found a couple of hairs on the bed cover. Good central location. No staff, everything is done on-line. Access to the property depends on Internet connection. A few times we had to wait by the door for mobile network to connect after walking out of the lift. Can't shear the keys, only one person has them. Coffee machine with pods was provided in the room, but no cups. I've texted the number provided, but received no reply. That was the only number provided, if you needed help or wanted to chat to the property. It was really concerning that there was no reply whatsoever. Overall, a good stay, but didn't like the lack of communication.

A lovely hotel in a great location. We had an amazing short break here. Everything we wanted to see in Naples was right on our doorstep from the Spanish quarter, to spectacular churches, museums, architecture, shops and the buzz of Napoli. The hotel felt very secure, despite the lack of staff on site. We had one query before we arrived about room access so contacted the hotel on the WhatsApp details provided. Received an immediate response that provided the information required.
The hotel rooms themselves were clean, spacious and had a great authentic vibe and decoration. The fridge, kettle and coffee machine were truly appreciated. These facilities would be further enhanced by including ceramic cups and glasses instead of paper ones.
We loved Napoli and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Room was clean and nice , however no staff was available. The check in had to be done by you, had to upload the passport info in the middle of the street, basically do it yourself. We asked for more towels but were brought in.
