Palm Bungalow has been renovated and features soothing colors, natural decor & soft, cozy furniture. With an open floor plan layout between the living room, kitchen and dining area, Palm Bungalow provides its guests with plenty of opportunity to interact and enjoy one another's company while also having separate areas for individual down time.

Surround yourself in the splendor of Kiawah Island's stunning natural beauty, which features rolling sand dunes, lush seaside forests, beautiful marshland and freshwater ponds. Guests enter Palm Bungalow by taking the exterior staircase from the sidewalk in front of the building to the 2nd floor and entering the front door of the home. Once you enter the front door, you will find a hallway, which connects you to the bedroom, bathroom, living room, kitchen & dining areas. You'll be able to sit back and enjoy the peaceful views of the Kiawah Island maritime forest from the kitchen, dining, living room & screened porch areas. You may access the private screened porch from the living room. There is a washing machine & dryer in a closet on the screened porch. Off-street parking for up to 2 cars is included in the rental rate.

We go to Kiawah Island at least once a year and have stayed in the same place each time. This year we decided to switch things up, and we are so glad we did! This will be our new go to place to stay. We are already planning our next trip! 1 minute bike ride to the beach and a short ride to the Nest. This place is great!

I would gladly stay at this villa again and recommend to any couple or small family looking for a quick getaway on Kiawah. The photos don’t do the apartment justice, it’s gorgeously decorated and immediately invites you in, feeling like you’re in your own home! My young daughters were fascinated with all of the pink accents. It’s very well stocked, we didn’t need to shop for any supplies at all. Also, we were pleasantly surprised to find the building is virtually across the street from the beach. It was the shortest walk to a beach access I’ve ever done without being beachfront! Thanks for everything!
