About this house rental
Come and discover this spacious house of about 120m², completely renovated to the taste of the day. Its spaces will delight young and old. It consists of 3 beautiful bedrooms, a living room open to the kitchen, a laundry room, toilet and bathroom with walk-in shower. Its large fully enclosed garden will allow you to enjoy the sun in peace and quiet and where the little ones can play in complete safety. The house is located a few meters from the center of the village and close to the beach. It will be easy for you to enjoy the island by bike (possibility of getting a discount on your bike rental) or on foot, without using your vehicle as it is possible to park 3 vehicles on the grounds.
⚠️ DEPARTURE TIMES
Departure times are organized according to the season and the schedule of the person in charge of welcoming you.
The reference time indicated at the time of booking is a departure before 8:30 am. When our schedule allows it, a later check-out time can be proposed and agreed with you before the end of your stay.
In July and August, departures are staggered to allow for the preparation of the different accommodations for the following guests. Your exact departure time will be communicated to you a few days before.
We thank you in advance for your understanding, as this organization is essential to guarantee a perfectly prepared accommodation for each traveler.
Cleaning package is included, it corresponds to a normal repair of the accommodation (taps, sanitary facilities).
Before your departure, we thank you for:
ventilate, sweep, and wash the floor;
put the furniture back in place;
clean the marks on the windows;
empty the dishwasher;
empty the fridge of all food;
remove all bins;
clean and degrease the barbecue and plancha;
store the accommodation in a normal state of use.
If the accommodations are left in a state of too much soiling, you will be charged an additional fee of €40 per additional hour of cleaning.

Payment will be made on the day of your arrival.
