TRUE BEACHFRONT HOME WITH PRIVATE COURTYARD IN ROCKY POINT – Casa de Evilina is a beachfront home with direct access to the Sea of Cortez in Rocky Point (Puerto Peñasco), Mexico. Offering a balance of beachfront living, privacy, and comfort, this 3-bedroom home is designed for relaxed stays with easy access to the ocean, comfortably sleeping up to 8 guests.
BEDROOMS – The primary bedroom, located on the east side, features a king bed, private en-suite bathroom, and ocean views. The second bedroom, on the west side, also offers a king bed with ocean views. A third bedroom overlooks the courtyard and includes one full bed and one twin bed — ideal for families or groups. Two full bathrooms and a convenient half bathroom are shared throughout the home.
LIVING & DINING – The open living and dining area is filled with natural light through large beachfront windows framing ocean views, with a decorative fireplace adding warmth to the space (not available for guest use).
KITCHEN – A fully equipped kitchen offers ample counter space and bar seating for casual dining.

Great stay. The house is very nice and just steps to the beach. Oceano rentals is top notch and we appreciate their attentiveness. The only draw back was the water pressure in both showers was very low and the property was not quite ready when we got there. Even after the check in time the cleaners were still there when we arrived at the house. Overall this is a very good property and a great rental team.

I really loved the home and location. I will absolutely stay here again. A couple things tho...the master bathroom shower was cold water. I did read that in the reviews but apparently they have not fixed the issue. The bedroom in the front which looks like a kids game room has a foul odor, not sure if there's an old mattress that had trouble that needs to be replaced...luckily we did not have anyone that had to stay in that bedroom but may make me think twice if we have more people with us to stay there because of that.I loved the kitchen, the place was really stocked and we enjoyed it.I checked in 48 hours ahead to see if we could get in early because we did see nobody was staying the day we were coming. Communication was not good, they kept saying depending on the cleaning service. They asked eta I told them 2pm, we got to the office he said cleaning service was still there to come back at 3:30, we came back at 4 and when we got to the property they were still there cleaning. I appreciate a clean place which it was but they knew our eta and nobody was there a couple days before us. Also the wifi was incorrect that was given to us, but we figured it out as its on the modem, hopefully they updated that as we told them. With all that being said I would stay again..

This house is in the Perfect Beach Front location in Los Conchas. We did have a few issues the screens on the two beach facing King Bed rooms were bent and not fully fitting in the window (because the frames were dented) so we couldn’t have those windows open at night to listen to the tide come and go. The Arcadia door had non working screens in the living room. We were only there for 3 days and the Oceano people wanted to send maintenance to fix the screens, as long as we would give the permission to enter the house if we were not there. (We didn’t feel comfortable with that). The water in both showers was cold, we reported this and they sent someone to fix the problem, they said all we needed to do was flip a switch in the bathroom that had a small light on the switch. Nothing was ever mentioned about this at check in. There was also a smell of septic tank odor that would come in from the court yard at night. Overall we would say that the house needs some updating. Location was beautiful though!
