Charming beach apartment 1 block from the beach available for Summer rentals in the quiet southern end of Point Pleasant Beach. 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, roomy kitchen and living room offer a welcoming home for your beach vacation. The patio is perfect for enjoying a morning cup of coffee or bbq-ing something delicious. Spend the day on the beach, walking the boardwalk, enjoying the Lake of the Lillies bird sanctuary, or exploring downtown's shops and restaurants - everything is in walking distance. Don't miss your chance to make memories in this great location. The apartment sleeps 4 with 1 queen sized bed, 1 full sized bed and trundle twin bed. Plenty of beach chairs for use. Everything you need for a great beach vacation. 2 off street parking spaces. Central Aircondition for cooling. $125 cleaning fee. Propane and grille provided on private porch. 2 off street parking spots. Outdoor shower is shared with other apartment in building. No Pets No Smoking in house.
