Welcome to Akoya Pearl Villa, where luxury meets comfort in a beachfront paradise. Our spacious and luxurious villa is designed to accommodate up to 9 guests, ensuring that your stay is both relaxing and memorable. From stunning ocean views to top-notch amenities, Villa Pool offers the perfect setting for a truly unforgettable getaway. So sit back, relax, and enjoy your stay in this slice of tropical heaven.
This exceptional residence has been designed to offer each villa its own unique charm, ensuring that no two are alike. The standout feature?Every single room and window boasts breathtaking sea views!
The Akoya Pearl is truly the crown jewel, featuring the largest build area at 234 sqm (191 sqm covered). The villa is encircled by a lush garden, offering three separate entrances to the property. An exterior staircase leads to the upper floor, while an interior staircase connects all levels. The double door on the lower level can create a separate, self-contained apartment complete with a fully equipped kitchen—ideal for rental opportunities.
The villa’s design ensures that every room is spacious, benefiting from its strategic placement across the full width of the land. Enhanced privacy comes from its greater distance from the main road and the shielding provided by adjacent buildings. Despite this, panoramic sea views can be enjoyed from every room and veranda.
Built with Cycladic modern architecture in mind, the villa combines traditional elements with contemporary luxury, creating a perfect blend of style and comfort.
In front of the villa, you'll discover a secluded beach that feels like your private oasis, perfect for swimming in the crystal-clear waters of the Aegean Sea without any disturbance. To the right of the villa at walking distance, a small marina that could become your private dock and two chic beach clubs await, offering all necessary amenities. This area is also home to two of the finest restaurants in the region, ensuring gourmet dining is just steps away. A convenient bus stop at the nearby port provides easy access to the entire island. The property is absolutely stunning. It was better than the pictures. We were a group of 6 adults, 3 married couples and everyone thought the property was perfect. Everything is brand new and well designed. It is a short walk, less than 2 minutes to seaside restaurants and beach clubs. The house is 10 to 15 minutes drive from Nuousa. It is a perfect location. Andreas was very helpful and made us feel welcome. This was one of the best VRBO properties I have ever stayed in and would love to stay again if I am ever lucky enough to be in Paros.
