The house was in superb condition. There were high end features, and it was well equipped. It was very clean and the owner was very helpful. The one thing that made the place less than truly comfortable was that we could not change the temperature. It was fixed at 21. We like to turn it down to 19 at night and while we are not at home. Being retired it takes a setting of 22 when are in the house to keep us warm. I felt like I was wasting energy at night and during midday while being chilly in the morning and evening. If the constant temperature works for you, I recommend this house. If you like to sleep when it's cooler or are 70 and need an extra degree to not shiver, then look elsewhere.
