About this villa rental
Located on a 1500m² enclosed plot in the Ville d'Automne district, 500m from Arcachon town center and shops, and 600m from the beach, this charming 280m² villa is spread over two levels:
Ground floor: Air-conditioned double living room with sofas and dining area, TV and Wi-Fi / indoor swimming pool.
- Separate kitchen: 5-burner gas hob, extractor hood, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher / Laundry room with washer-dryer / Billiard room / Separate WC.
First floor:
- Two large air-conditioned bedrooms, each with a double bed (160x200cm), en-suite shower room + WC, and private terrace.
- Two air-conditioned bedrooms, each with a double bed (140x190cm) and en-suite shower room. - Small bedroom with a double sofa bed (140x190 cm) and en-suite shower room.
Separate WC.
Final cleaning included.
Pets not allowed. The house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
Parking for 3 cars is available in the garden.
Parties are strictly prohibited, both inside and outside the property.

In Arcachon, holidays have something magical! You can do everything on foot: go to the beach, the restaurant, the market, the Moorish park, the observatory etc...
or by bike through 220 km of cycle paths which surround the Arcachon basin, visit the coast up to the PILAT dune.
-The tour bus (July and August) or the little tourist train (April to October) will allow you to discover the city.
-Boat trips around the bird island, the tchanquée cabins, or crossing to reach Cap Ferret without forgetting fishing trips, or water sports such as windsurfing, water skiing, surfing, or kite surfing.
-horseback riding on the beach, Tennis, Golf.
