About this house rental
This newly built home is located on a very quiet street a couple blocks from the heart of downtown. Our tastefully decorated home suits numerous accommodation needs. This fresh open floor plan gives you plenty of space for cooking, relaxing, and socializing with your friends and family. The master bedroom is spacious with your own full-size private bath. There are 3 bedrooms in total, all with walk in closets. 2 with queen size beds and 1 with two twin size beds as well as a hideaway queen sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen comes equipped with all new appliances including a dishwasher, microwave, and a gas range stove/oven that allows the option for home-cooked meals. Outside, are 2 charcoal BBQ pits for grilling. Your home away from home. This home has central heating and cooling along with ceiling fans in every room. Ample amount of parking on premises including a large, covered car port with outdoor electric hook up for your needs.

This was one of the cleanest, most well equipped vrbos I have ever stayed in. The hosts had so many extras like a coffee bar, spices, and condiments available to use. The house was so clean and welcoming. I highly recommend this if you are looking for a place close to the lake or need a great place to stay in Monroe City. If you are a light sleeper I do suggest earplugs or a noise machine due to the proximity to the railroad tracks.

Super cute! Really impressed with the conviencence of the items they supplied. Small quiet neighborhood but with trains in the backyard which we had no problem with it and it wasn't loud inside. About 20 minutes, from Indian Creek Marina. Cute town in close proximity to Hannibal MO.

We had a great weekend at this adorable property! Was in town visiting family & this was the perfect home base while we were in town. Beautifully decorated and had everything you could need as a guest. Well done!
