Convenient location; being just a 5min drive to the motorway and 10 minutes to Chippenham train station, which has regular trains to Bath, Bristol and London.
Lovely cottage feel, plenty of space and well supplied extras such as washing machine and dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, tea, coffee and fresh milk on arrival.
We did have an issue with the downstairs toilet, but Natasha was very responsive and a plumber attended and fixed the flush the same day.
Many of the window frames were rotten with one bedroom window being so bad that we couldn't open the window for fear the pane of glass would fall out of the frame.
The carpets, living room furniture and rug could do with a professional deep clean as there was a lot of dog hair and dust around.
Being picky, the kitchen could do with some food storage items (Tupperware), and a pair of tongs.

Very clean and spacious
One of the upstairs bedrooms has the boiler in it, with only a curtain covering. This makes the room about 5-10° hotter than any of the other rooms in the house. Unfortunately, it was c.30° outside and which made that room unusable - had to sleep on the couch downstairs instead.
Would recommend purchasing some fans for that room or properly covering the boiler.

Location. Bedrooms, beds and the bathroom were ok. The property is cute and the kitchen functional and proper country kitchen style with a clean fridge.
This isn’t a 4 star property The outside is in a poor state of repair. The inside smelt musky throughout downstairs. All of the kitchen utensils pots and pans, cutlery, oven trays etc needed rewashing before use, oven wasn’t clean either. It needs a deep clean, carpets and sofas and behind under beds/ furniture etc the amount of cobwebs and dust wasn’t at a level you’d expect for a rental, unacceptable really. Not all lights worked. Internet is mega slow (possibly location issue!). I’d argue it needs a full revamp / repaint as there are stains on most walls, just generally grimy. Black water came out of the bath tap. The owner likely needs to have a word with the management company as I’d say they’re falling short in their duties, can’t control the state of repair of course but with regards to cleanliness, airing the property and water running could do a LOT more.
