Great location and view. On the beach with bars and restaurants and shops nearby. Pool was very good as was the gym.
Very noisy beach club below our apartment which thumped out loud tunes 12pm till sunset.
The balcony had only 1 table and 4 chairs which were good for eating but there was no furniture to relax or lie down on.

Spacious apartment, full sea view from balcony, equipped with full kitchen and a washing machine/dishwasher.
Communication with Colleb who manages the apartment was very pleasant and we will be back for sure!

Die Lage war wirklich toll, man ist direkt am Strand, hat einen Pool nur wenige Gehminuten von der JBR Promenade mit vielen Läden und Geschäften, der Blick vom Balkon ein Traum! Nebenan ist ein Beach Club, bei dem vor allem am Wochenende schon laut Musik gespielt wird und gute Laune verbreitet und man schläft mit Blick auf das Meer und das beleuchtet Ain Dubai ein!
Die Ausstattung vom Appartement war ok, aber es gibt ein paar Sachen, die man erneuern könnte bzw. besser ausstatten könnte. Der Balkon ist toll, aber eine gemütlichere Sitzgelegenheit wäre schön gewesen. Ich glaube, dass man das Appartement mimt kleinen Details nochmal aufwerten könnten. Aber die Lager und der Blick sind wirklich toll. Als Tipp, da der Verkehr am JBR Wahnsinn ist - wenn man paar Meter Richtung Marina Mall läuft steht man nicht so im Stau.

Very spacious and comfortable apartment, well located and very easy check in process. Good communicative host.
A little bit noisy due to the nearby nightclub but didn't keep us from sleeping
