First, I have to highlight private parking just before apartment and private entrance covered with trees.
The owner is very hospitable and tells you the apartment rules very strictly, which make sense.
Well-equipped apartment ... kitchen with microwave, water kettle, refrigerator, device with drinking water and more …. the air conditioner is working good.
Nice bathroom with toilet, washing machine, shower gel...and everything.
The non-smoking balcony is a minus for smokers, but you can dry your laundry there.
Very quiet location and the supermarket, small shops and fast food are just around the corner.
It depends but, the bed is too soft.

A comfortable apartment with everything you need and a nice host (Svetlana). I particularly liked that nice toiletries were provided, including hair conditioner and body lotion. And that there was a washing machine and washing line. Decently priced too!
