The location is very close to grocery store and metro. Owner was very friendly via messages. The lift in the building had made it easy for me to bring my suitcase upstairs. It’s very helpful that there’s a laundry machine. It’ll be much appreciated if laundry detergent and instructions on how to use the machine were provided.
The whole place was very clean overall, however there’s a cockroach firstly appeared in the kitchen then it started to crawl into other areas… guess it’s inevitable in summer time?
The shower wasn’t that warm, not a big problem in summer but not sure how it’s like in winter.
Also there seems to be no lights in the public hallway before entering into the property. Had to turn on my phone flashlight to find the key hole.

Прекрасные апартаменты! Есть все для комфорта, метро в 3х минутах пешком, рядом магазины. Кофемашинка и бутербродница особенно порадовали, есть стиральная машинка. Очень удобно ездить на пляж вдали центра. Точно стоит своих денег!
