Petit déjeuner servi 45 minutes après la commande (une partie). Le reste 1h00 après la commande.
Nous avons passé 1h15 pour le déjeuner.
Café et thé servis rapidement mais le pain , beurre et confiture 40 min après...après 2 relances.
Et nous étions placés au milieu , on ne pouvait pas nous rater.
Pas de produit gel douche le 1er jour.

Erg centraal gelegen appartement, met goed sanitair en een goed bed, keurig netjes afgewerkt. Ondanks de centrale ligging geen last van de drukte van de oude binnenstad
Ontbijt is pas vanaf half 9. Dat wordt (gelukkig) vers bereid, maar daardoor kun je op z’n vroegst om bijna 9 uur ontbijten en dat is afhankelijk van je dagprogramma wel wat laat.
De parkeergarage is een stukje lopen wat niet handig is met veel bagage.

The Suite/Apt its just amazing, its big, amazing renovation. Bed was amaziiing. Everything is spacious.
Nice kitchen, has washer, big huge refrigerator.
Amazing location.
Amazing breakfast.
If you go to heraklion, not to a beach resort this is an amazimg place to stay.
A bit of noise by the party in the streets behind but nothing out of the ordinary, it only happend on saturday, stayed here Thursday-Sunday.

We loved the location it was excellent. And the beds were really comfortable. And there is lots of storage space. Parking was convenient and the staff were really helpful indeed.
It was three flights up with no lifts and so if you have mobility issues this is not the place for you. Also we weren’t ‘onsite’ and had to walk for breakfast which is fine. But the breakfast was a bit odd and not amazing. Staff were lovely at breakfast though.
The kitchen bin smelled and also the dishwasher had not been opened for ages so we we opened it it really smelled bad! Just to be aware!
