I stayed here for only one night, but the location was great, very close to downtown and easily within walking distance. My room was on the first floor, right next to the entrance. I shared a bathroom with one other room, but it was always available when I needed it, so I never had any issues. Quiet hours were respected, and I had a peaceful stay. My room also had a small fridge and sink, which was a nice bonus. Overall, this was a great single room for a solo traveler. It was simple, comfortable, and conveniently located.

Property was excellent value and communication with host was easy. Access to property was straightforward.
It was spacious clean and warm with good kitchen facilities. Our room was onto a garden .

It has all equipments. There is a kitchen that has everything you need. There is also a living room with a TV and a comfortable sofa. There are many showering rooms and bathrooms. During winter, the backyard is filled with thick layers of snow so you can have all sorts of fun there with snow. The location is near the city center so you can visit the market easily
There is a problem with the room’s door handle. I couldn’t open it simply by levering the handle up or down, but had to push or pull it inward or outward as well. The water is weak during showers when many people are showering at the same time, but it’s understandable. The location is far from the Santa Claus Village, but can’t blame the location if you choose cheap price.
