First of all - the location is amazing. Peraia is a nice town and the apartment itself is in a good spot - you have a beach in 10 minutes reach and many supermarkets such as Lidl and Masoutis close by.
The residence is cozy and comfortable. The kitchen is well-stocked, when it comes to the utensils. The dining and rest areas are neat. The bathroom seemed very small on photos, but in practice there was enough space.
I also want to mention, that I liked the table with chairs outside - drinking coffee or tea in the fresh air in the evening is a very calming and pleasant experience. The neighborhood is also nice and mostly quiet, with the occasional sounds of passing cars.
The trash container is also close by, so the disposal of waste doesn't pose any problems whatsoever
My main gripe with this apartment - lack of a smart TV. Both the TVs in the main room and in the bedroom support only satellite television. Out of 36 TV channels on hand you actually have only, like, 15, because most of them repeat. Furthermore - the majority is in Greek, while the others seem to be in French. It posed a great problem, because you can't entertain yourself, while you are at home.
I'd also like to mention the lack of the pantry staples - such as sugar, salt and cooking oil. While I don't consider it a duty of the owner to provide those - it is a big plus in my book, if owner does provide them in the end.
And it's not a minus per se, only a recommendation - it would be amazing, if this apartment had a vacuum cleaner, and not only a broom. It would make the cleaning much easier for those, who stay for longer periods of time
