These rooms are spacious and very clean. The staff is very professional and courteous. The location is prime, close to the action yet quiet.
I wish I could have visited this hotel in it's prime. It is a very large building with what used to be a club attached and part of the actual hotel. I'll bet this place was amazing once upon a time

Some of the reception staff were helpful and had a good attitude, but others were not very welcoming—they didn’t even say hello or open the door.
They did change my room due to a bad odor, which I appreciated.
Overall, a disappointing and run-down experience. The breakfast options were limited, the internet was unreliable, and the hotel did not match the photos. The surrounding area was also unappealing. There are many Indian restaurants nearby, which might be a plus if you enjoy that cuisine. It seems cost-cutting measures are affecting the quality of the stay. Additionally, the joiner fee policy was unclear and felt inconsistently applied, which lacked transparency.
