It was ok

Virtual check in was a complete pain. Very very frustrating, couldn't get help using phone as no answer, ended up walking to their other hotel for assistance..awful experience after a long drive.

Muy limpio y detalles cuidados, agilidad para check in y check out.

Algún mobiliario se veía deteriorado por uso y la puerta demasiado fina; se oía lo de fuera. Lo demás genial.

La ubicacion

El personal de administración el resto perfecto. El personal de Administración no está, todo se hace online, check in etc... solo si hay algún problema contactas con ellos. Tuve un problema en el check in, yo lo rellené mis datos y mi acompañante pero se duplicaron los míos. Es un error que pudo ser mío o de su aplicación, no lo tengo claro, pero si respuesta fue muy un email con unas formas que me parecieron poco adecuadas. Además nos mandaron mal la clave de entrada y cuando llamamos para resolverlo volvieron a ser bastante bordes y mal educados. Repito, el personal de Administración, el resto muy bien.
