The cleaning lady is very friendly and warm, and I do get daily cleaning. There is a washing machine in the room, which is very useful. The room is quiet.
There are quite a few, especially if you are travelling with a young kid: 1) the location of this hotel is not optimal - we get a taxi in and out a lot, and it's not a location with many cabs around. 2) If you stay for a long time and use the hotel to receive packages, they are not monitored by the staff. All packages are left on a shelf in the lobby, and anyone could walk around the lobby, and it takes a long time to find your own. 3) The facility, especially the bathroom, is a bit old and dated. The towels provided have wear and tear. 4) The water in the swimming pool is cold for children. The swimming pool's changing room and shower room are a bit dirty. The staff were reluctant to provide me with 3 towels when we entered as 3 people, and they had to take hostage of my room key when they gave me the towels. This is very uncomfortable to deal with, and I was told this swimming pool is a third-party facility - not part of the hotel. Swimming lessons are happening inside this small pool, and the instructor is pretty loud - you can hardly relax should you come here for vacations.

Просторные хорошие номера, неплохой завтрак, рядом находится торговый центр, где есть супермаркет с европейскими продуктами и фудкорт, можно купить как еду так и десерты. Отель находится буквально в 5 минутах от метро, что тоже очень удобно. Чисто, очень приятный персонал службы уборки, помогали, всегда спрашивали когда можно прибраться.
Ужасная регистрация заезда, мы приехали ночью после длительного перелета, при этом о времени заезда предупредили заранее, в итоге уставшие, ждали пока администратор закончит смотреть футбольный матч около получаса. Регистрация тоже была не быстрая и заняла еще около получаса, нам не выдали талоны на завтрак, о чем мы узнали уже на следующий день, не хотели давать сдачу при оплате номера, это были 25 юаней тем не менее, это была неприятно. Администратор был неопрятный в обычной одежде, будто вообще случайный прохожий. Если бы не регистрация, с удовольствием бы поставила 9-ку, но это было ужасно.

велика кімната, простора, чисто
запах не дуже по всьому етажі, також по сніданку, потрібно йти раніше, так як якщо прийти пізніше то вже багато чого немає і не добавляють, коли був молока так ніхто і не приніс
