Bliskość Centrum i Plaży (niedaleko hotelu utwardzane dojście na plażę, bardzo przydatne dla osób z wózkami dziecięcymi), bardzo pyszne posiłki, możliwość naładowania samochodu elektrycznego (obiekt się tym nie chwali, a ma ładowarkę 22 kW na terenie obiektu dostępną po zgłoszeniu na recepcję)
Brak podjazdu dla wózka od strony dziedzińca, brak grzejnika w pokoju (ręczniki łazienkowe wymagały codziennej wymiany, bo przy deszczowej pogodzie nie dało się ich też suszyć na balkonie).

"The location is truly perfect, you can't really get closer to the beach. You have to get through the tiny pine forest on the dunes to the waterline and it it so calm and relaxing, loved it a lot. Room..."
