Zeer ruime en verzorgde woning. Vooral het benedendeel is schitterend. De host heeft ons supervriendelijk ontvangen en is ook zeer sociaal. Knap aanbod in de tuin (waarvan we helaas door het barslechte weer niet konden genieten).

Absolutely Amazing Holiday โ Memories Weโll Treasure โค๏ธ
Wow, what an amazing holiday! De Specht was truly a memory-making experience, and it is unlike any holiday we have ever experienced before.
Our children absolutely loved the natural wildlife, the animals, the boats and, of course, spending time around the lake. The facilities are fabulous and incredibly family-friendly. It was so lovely to watch the children playing, exploring and enjoying the natural environment rather than being stuck indoors. There was always something for them to see and do around the garden.
The absolute highlight for my youngest daughter was getting to spend time helping with the ponies. She absolutely loved it and it was something she will remember for a very long time. ๐ดโค๏ธ
And we absolutely have to mention Figiro the cat! ๐ฑ My youngest daughter completely fell in love with him. He became a daily visitor during our stay, and she looked forward to seeing him every single day. I was genuinely starting to worry that I might have to explain to Figiro that he was coming home with us! ๐ He was such a lovely part of our experience and definitely added to the magic of De Specht.
Then there were the escape-artist chickens! ๐๐ They were absolutely hilarious to watch, although I have to admit the first time they escaped I completely panicked! They certainly kept us entertained and became another funny little part of our stay.
The house itself and the location are simply amazing. The house is huge, with everything you could possibly want. There is so much space and it is obvious that a lot of thought has gone into making guests feel comfortable. There are plenty of glasses and cutlery, lots of dining space and some lovely social areas both inside and outside, making it perfect for families.
Everything was spotlessly clean, the showers were lovely and having a washing machine and airers was an absolute bonus for mums!

Prachtig domein en groot huis met alle faciliteiten.
Supervriendelijke eigenaar.
Enige klein minpuntje is dat het raam in de slaapkamer met zicht op de paardenstal niet openkan.

Rustige omgeving, de tuin met hottub is absoluut een hoogtepunt. Heel mooie leefruimte en voorzien van alle gemakken voor kindjes alsook kinderspeelgoed (keukentje) wat het een ideaal verblijf maakt voor gezinnen met jonge kindjes.
