Chiara was a great communicator. We had instructions emailed and in WhatsApp the morning of check-in. We texted Chiara for the code to get the keys at the front door. Couldn't have been easier.
The apartment is gorgeous. It's a perfect location in a bustling neighborhood, but out of the tourist district so you get the REAL feel of Venice. We'll very likely look to stay here again in the future.
I'm not sure if we have access to the garden or not? I guess we didn't ask.

Quiet and close to the train station
Everything in the room is outdated. The room smells musty
