Great location
Apartment was not the one advertised but similar.
Bathroom light broken and hanging from the ceiling by wiring. Was told at check in that maintenance would be out to fix it and was provided with rechargeable torch. Not very safe for multiple reasons.
No door handle on the bedroom door either side - health and safety issue.
Bin lid broken.
Tin foil taped to some of the windows in the bedroom.
Small screws found on the floor.
No cleaning product as advertised- no washing up liquid or tea towel.
At check in the lady told us to leave the key on the table when checking out, however received a message on booking.com to leave one key on the table and one in the letterbox in the entrance hall. We were only given one key. After a lot of back and forth on messaging with what I can only presume must have been AI repeating that we only had one key finally had response to leave the key in the letterbox.
After booking received an email to register for check in by following a link. When the link opened I was informed I had to pay £100 damage deposit or pay a £20 waver fee not advised at the time of booking. I have no photos of our stay but do have a video of all the issues listed above.
