In the perfect location, the staff were friendly and helpful.
Minor things, no place to put your wet towels or drawers for clothes.

The location is the best, right on the piazza. This is the reason to stay here. Breakfast is super, again on the piazza.
The location comes with a small downside, it is rather noisy at night and early morning. We keep coming here for the location and enjoy life in pietra santa for a night. It is well worth it.
