Logement bien placé, très bien équipé et très propre. J’ai aussi apprécié qu’il soit en rez-de-chaussée.
Disposer d’un lave-linge c’est bien, à condition que la lessive soit aussi proposée, ce qui n’était pas le cas ici.

Bien placé dans la ville, de l’extérieur le bâtiment est tout à fait classique mais une fois passé la porte principale on se retrouve dans un autre contexte d’immeuble rénové. Pour le garage à vélo c’était superbe. La Clim est aussi un avantage. Appartement bien agencé et avec goût

La decoració i l’equipament
La mala olor i el soroll. L’apartament fa mala olor i el pitjor són els llençols, que amb l’olor que fan costa dormir. És a peu de carrer amb molt de trànsit i soroll durant el dia. Pel preu no és recomanable.
