Bon rapport qualité prix,

très bonne situation près de tout. Proximité des commerces et du port de la Teste (amateurs d’huîtres nous étions aux anges). La maison est en adéquation avec son bon rapport qualité prix. Confortable, belle terrasse

Viel tegen

Locatie vlak bij Arcachon was prima. Op fietsafstand. Mooie omgeving. Goede uitleg hoe aan sleutel te komen.

In de beschrijving staat dat het huisje een zwembad heeft. Dat is niet zo. Er is een gemeenschappelijk zwembad op 50 meter lopen. Zet dat dat in de beschrijving. Ik vind dat misleidend. De foto's zijn mooier dan het in werkelijkheid is. Banken doorgezakt, liggen kleden overheen. Keuken niet schoon, vond etensresten aan pannen en bestek. Slaapkamer wel schoon. Badkamer schimmel bij kraan. Douchekop moest je vasthouden bij douchen, geen haakje om op te hangen. Zijn eerder vertrokken, bij hevige regenval lekkage in slaapkamer. Informatie alleen in het Frans, was netjes geweest om het ook in het Engels te verstrekken.
