Breakfast portions were small but it was served properly and on time. Smart TV in the room with quality wifi connection. Uninterrupted power supply.
The water heater didn't work in the room

The breakfast was good. The location is good too.
The stairs. Too narrow and dangerous.

We couldn’t get to eat the breakfast because of our early morning appointments.
The staff was really courteous and welcoming.
The WiFi was great too.
The serenity was top notch.
The room was okay as we enjoyed our stay.
The proximity of the hotel to the airport and our appointment locations made our movement seamless.
The staircase was a bit steep (that obviously can’t be changed at this point )
There was a little cockroach that kept crawling out of the bathroom door so it obviously needs a bit of fumigation (room 201)
The estate gate being locked (though the receptionist explained it was for security reasons.) we didn’t have reasons to stay out late so it didn’t really matter during our stay.

The breakfast is fine and the location is perfect
Nobody came to clean the room or empty the waste bin throughout my stay.
