Very beautiful modern apartment in new building in excellent location. It is next to Diamond shopping mall with lots of shops , restaurants, bars , supermarket and bakery . We ate outside but if you would like to cook, kitchen is equipped with everything you need .
Walking distance to main attractions in Skopje . Beautiful view of Vodno mountain from the apartment balcony . The owner , Suzana is very helpful and amazing host . She informed us about facilities in the building and let us check out late so we don’t wait too long at the airport for our long haul flight - thank you we appreciated this so much.
Apartment was not cleaned to the standard we expected . The owner was informed and hopefully this will be improved in future as otherwise everything else was great.

If you’re looking for something special and authentic, this apartment is the perfect choice. Suzana is an exceptional host — warm, flexible, and incredibly welcoming. Upon arrival, she gave us a quick tour of the condominium, pointing out nearby spots for dining, supermarkets, ATMs, coffee, ice cream, the rooftop garden, and a mall. The location is ideal, just a short walk to the city centre, and the balcony offers a stunning view of the mountain cross. The apartment itself is cosy, stylish, and almost new — all within a very secure and well-maintained complex. A truly memorable stay!
