The location was good. The room was roomy and I appreciated having a couch to sit and eat or watch TV. I appreciated the microwave and refrigerator.
I thought I was booking a hotel when I booked. But this was a person's unit rented out. Therefore there was no daily cleaning, no change of sheets and towels. There was a washer, but no dryer... and crucially the water to the washer was turned off with no instructions on how to use the washer. There was a maintenance team that came and pretended like nothing was wrong, but they turned on the water without showing what they were doing (but I saw). So I enjoyed the visit, but it was a bit of a struggle.

The room was big and confortable. Fast wi-fii, water preasure was nice. The building location is conveninet as you have the mall nearby. The gym was nice and the staff always welcomed me with a smile. So I guess I will stay again. No insects!!!
It was clean. However, the washing machine leaked a lot of water so I had to ask for help to clean up before going to office.
Also I am not sure if I miss something, but no service room was provided, I was expecting to have at least one sponge to wash the dishes.

I was expecting a condo-style I apartment unit, but the experience was disappointing from the start. We were transferred from Room 1618 to Room 1612, and the owner could not be contacted from Day 1. I tried calling, sending SMS messages, and chatting, but received no response at all.
Unfortunately, I also left my speaker behind. All I am asking is for the owner to assist me in returning it by sending it to the following address:
4 De Pedro Street, GPS, Koronadal City, 9506.
Overall, it was a bad experience.
