Horrível ,me arrependo de ter alugado com vocês , a primeira experiência foi horrível.

Infelizmente não gostei de nada , foi a primeira vez que aluguei pela plataforma de vocês e não fui bem recepcionada e as acomodações não foi o que precisava e solicitada pelo aplicativo. Me arrependi de ter usado a plataforma de vocês , estou muito desapontada.

Boa tarde ,não falei da minha experiência antes pois estou ocupada cuidando da minha mãe , vim para santos para acompanhar minha mãe que está com câncer na santa casa de santos, quando cheguei a Sra que tinha que chegar para nós receber chegou com mais de 1 hora de atraso e eu esperando embaixo de chuva , a casa estava a muito tempo fechada com cheiro forte de bolor , o banheiro sujo com urina fedendo do vaso sanitário, meu quarto não estava pronto e tive que sair da casa para a Sra que me recebeu limpar e organizar Casa com o corrimão da escadas soltos , a cozinha só tinha um fogão de duas bocas por indução e cozinha fechada com cheiro forte também de bolor e comida estragada , a Sra que me recebeu informou que não podia usar a cozinha mas que iria abrir um exceção por queinha mãe estava internada, sendo que quando fechei o pagamento do quarto informaram que a cozinha era compartilhada e poderia ser usada ,a tv do quarto fazia um barulho alto de chiado e não teve como fazer a troca por outra. No meu penúltimo dia a dona do hostel me ligou pedindo para receber um outro hóspede pois a outra Sra que era responsável não apareceu para receber , o mesmo hóspede estava aguardando a mais de 2 horas , não estou satisfeita, paguei o valor e não fui bem atendida e as acomodações não foram as descritas.
