Casa in posizione ottimale, a 3 minuti a piedi da una spiaggia bellissima. Pulizia perfetta. La proprietaria è stata gentilissima e molto disponibile. Il terrazzo ha una vista stupenda ed è sempre arieggiato, perfetto per cenare fuori. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. La casa ha tutti i comfort. La zona è silenziosa e facile da trovare. Un posto perfetto per godersi una vacanza in piena tranquillità. Consigliatissimo.

We loved everything. The value for money was excellent. The beach house is authentic and close to a great beach with a cozy bar. The owner was always available by phone whenever we needed anything. The coffee machine was top-notch, the dishwasher came with tablets provided, and the kitchen was well-equipped, including basic food staples. Overall, the stay was a great success, and we thank you very much for such a warm welcome!

Es gibt eine Spülmaschine.
Altes Haus mit viel unnötigem Zeug, und nicht besonders sauber. Es ist daher nicht sehr gemütlich oder charmant.
Bettzeug, Handtücher, Küchenutensilien und Inhalt der Schränke ist vermutlich noch von der Oma, und das macht keinen gepflegten Eindruck. Gerade in der Küche ist das nervig, wir haben z.B. einige Dinge in der Küche vermisst oder nicht gefunden.
Keine Heizung/Klimaanlage, sondern nur kleine Heizlüfter. Daher waren die Räume oft kalt (April). Uns ist oft die Sicherung herausgeflogen. Das Warmwasser der Dusche reicht nur gerade für zwei Personen.
Generell sind einige Dinge im Haus defekt.
Der Garten ist ungepflegt. Das Meer sieht man fast nur durch Bäume hindurch.
Die Lage ist in einer reinen Ferienhaus Siedlung, der nächste Supermarkt ist 20 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt (es gibt nur einen Touristen Supermarkt am Wochenende). Leider hat die Vermieterin uns das nicht direkt mitgeteilt. Sie spricht kaum Englisch.
Es gibt nur sehr wenig Toilettenpapier, man muss sein eigenes mitbringen. Meine Anfrage hierzu wurde ignoriert.
Wir mussten zum Einchecken trotz vereinbarter Zeit warten.
Insgesamt leider eine Enttäuschung.
