O apartamento é bem equipado… minha esposa gostou da decoração com essas cortinas charmosas a cama espaçosa dormimos eu, minha esposa e nosso bebê. O banheiro é bom e limpo…. A ducha funciona muito bem! A localização também foi legal, próximo a duas estações de metrô…. A estação de Stalingrado é mais esquisita, pois abriga muitos moradores de rua. Optamos pela estação Louis Blanc que é mais segura. Tem uma boulangerie na esquina muito boa também e um Carrefour xpress atravessando a pista também bastante próximo
O apartamento não possui ar condicionado…. Apenas 1 ventilador com baixa potência…

Beautiful, well maintained property with excellent attention to details. There are cooking facilities and a washing machine. The owners were very responsive and especially kind when my elderly mother-in-law arrived early.
The walk from Gare du Nord to the apartment when we arrived late at night shocked us to the homelessness in Paris. However, the neighborhood on the other side of the apartment is lovely.

It was very convenient to train stations and shops.
The place needs a good thorough clean. The bed sheet had holes in it and was clearly very old. The noise on the stairs from neighbours coming and going. There is a lot of clutter on the table and the shelf in the kitchen - old decor items which shows the place hasn’t been updated for a long time.
