The apartment is in a secure location and close enough to get to most places by Yango. It’s clean and well furnished.

The apartment looks great, exactly like the photos.

Firstly, there was a gas leakage and a small explosion on our first week there when my husband was cooking. It was so scary. Thankfully, it was resolved. Secondly, I had no idea there would be water cuts. On one occasion we stayed without water for more than 24 hours before they told us about a water reservoir they had. So we went downstairs to fetch water in big bottles. The generator isn’t turned on every time there is a black out. So get ready to stay without power sometimes.

La propreté était au RDV. La convivialité de Miliane (la gestionnaire du logement) et sa disponibilité à résoudre les problèmes. L’emplacement calme et sécurisé.

Les coupures d’eau, c’est le seul point négatif. Il faut se laver avec un seaux d’eau, c’est un peu pénible. Aussi dans les normes (surface habitable) l’appartement ne fait pas 120m2, nous sommes à 70 m2 au mieux. C’est juste une petite remarque pour les futurs voyageurs. Mais si vous cherchez un logement 2 pièces c’est largement suffisant au regard du standing.
