Host took us through the villa and explained all facilities. Villa was beautiful and very well maintained. Brilliant communication and useful information given. Help and advice given quickly.
Only slight issue - shower heads cannot be moved so need to be held and not left in the holder. Not a major problem but just worth knowing

The villa was spacious and clean, with plenty of room for everyone to relax. The owners were friendly and always helpful whenever we needed anything. We noticed some older reviews mentioned air conditioning, which is now available in all rooms, making our stay even more comfortable.
The location was ideal for us - easy walking distance of shops, restaurants, and beaches. Split and Trogir just a short drive or taxi ride away.

super clean, modern, and stylish, feeling as though it's brand new and meticulously maintained. The furniture is very nice, adding to the overall aesthetic.
It's close to local beaches, which, unlike the main tourist spots in the area, are wonderfully uncrowded – a huge plus for a relaxing experience. We also appreciated having a beach bar and a supermarket close by, making it easy to grab essentials and enjoy refreshments.
For those looking to explore, renting a bike via the Nextbike app on the beach is a fantastic option. This allowed us to easily discover the surroundings, and we particularly enjoyed visiting Kaštel Stari. Just be mindful of the one-way roads throughout the area!
Finally, we must commend the owner, who was very friendly and supportive
Air Conditioning and Privacy Issues
The air conditioning units were only available in the living rooms, not the bedrooms. This significantly impacted our holiday experience. To make the nights somewhat bearable, the air conditioning had to run 24/7, and all bedroom doors had to remain open throughout the night. This meant zero privacy and the bedroom temperatures were still uncomfortably high, making it difficult to sleep well.
Inaccurate Listing Information and Shared Living Space
Contrary to the booking page description, the entire house was not fully available to guests. We shared the house with the owner, who occupied part of the ground floor and the backyard. While not a major problem, this crucial detail should have been mentioned upfront for transparency.
Poor WiFi Connectivity
The WiFi signal and speed were poor. Even next to the router, we only got about 20 Mbps, which made it impossible to work remotely or use devices effectively outdoors.
Beach Access Challenges
The nearby beaches were super clean, but the seabed was covered in grass. This made sea access challenging, especially for children. However, if you plan to spend your day on a paddleboard, like I did, it's less of an issue.
Unsuitable House Layout for Groups
The house consists of three separate, unconnected units: the ground floor (two bedrooms with a double bed and a twin, a living room, and a kitchen), the first floor (four bedrooms with two double beds and two twins, a living room, and a kitchen), and the owner's section. This setup made it difficult to cook for 12 people, as both kitchens were very tiny. For a group, one would expect to sit and eat together, not constantly run between different kitchens.
Limited Shade
Finding shade on the terrace during the day was very difficult. At most, only two to three sunbeds could be shaded at any given time.
