Nettes Appartement aber sehr hellhörig

- Insgesamt freundlich eingerichtet. - Küche hat umfangreiche Ausstattung. - Bad ist saniert/neuwertig. - Großzügiger Balkon mit Grill und Markise. - Parkplatz direkt am Haus. - Wenige Gehminuten zum Strand oder in die Altstadt. - Sehr freundliche Vermieter.

- Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig. Jedes schließen und öffnen von Fenstern und Türen der Nachbarn hört man. Selbst wenn der Nachbar den Wasserhahn öffnet, rauscht es sehr laut. Natürlich verhalten sich alle Nachbarn so, als wären sie die einzigsten Menschen auf diesem Planeten. - Die Fenster zur Straßenseite hin sind alt - laute Geräusche, Gespräche usw. gelangen ungehindert ins Schlafzimmer. In der Hauptsaison ist leider keine Nachtruhe garantiert. - Matratzen alt und durchgelegen.
