From the start the owner was amazing! So Helpful from before even I checked in. So quick to respond and so helpful with anything I asked for. Also the room matches to the photos which can be misleading sometimes. I rented the room with the balcony and extra space and it was perfect. Now that I know this is here I will rent here every time I come back to HCMC!

Walkable distance to all places within the city
Friendly owner and staff
1) no fridge within the room
2) no lifts- but staff helped with moving baggage
3) bed is hard and makes noise with every move
4) even when they could allow for early check in they didn’t and wanted to charge for early check in
5) not flexible with check in and out but they allowed luggage to be stored down
6) charged me double for a day trip that was organised/ referred by them
$$$$
