Good and comfortable night sleep for a working trip.

Clean quiet room. nice use of the sauna. Good breakfast buffet.

Clean & Modern, but Lacks Privacy

Clean & Modern

No door on shower making it difficult to take a shower without flooding rest of bathroom. Glass door (looks like shower door) instead on entrance to bathroom, making toilet users visible (though blurred) from outside the bathroom. Direly lacks privacy.

easy public parking or garage by a small fee, very friendly staff, comfortable bed, breakfast was ok

check-in was a bit too late (after 16:00) for us

Great hotel perfectly located for sightseeing the town

huge room with massive windows, modern furnishings, sitting area, very clean new carpet, big comfortable bed, huge bathroom, great wet room shower, very cheap municipal outdoor parking outside the hotel - EUR 2 for 24hrs! Free parking from 18pm-8am. Breakfast plentiful and good quality although scrambled eggs were cold

lack of tea/coffee making facility in the room, but the helpful reception staff organised a hot water flask/jug so I could make my own tea

Relaxing 2 night stay

Easy reach of the old town. Good air con in the rooms & quiet. Nice food in the restaurant.

Tea & coffee making facilities would be a bonus & a fridge to keep water cold. Breakfast buffet was not kept stocked & had to ask for basic items like water & juice!

Very good facility, shame about limited choice of evening meal and poor quality of breakfast staff

Location, parking garage, reception staff, room facilities, cleanliness and comfort.

Breakfast staff were not up to standard. There was no meet and greet, many of the tables had not been cleared and it was difficult to find a table. The staff had to be asked for coffee and other people had to ask for cutlery. No communication, no checking on satisfaction.

Good stay, we will come back

The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was good. Hotel is well situated and the staff was helpful. We will come back, since we come to Soest often and this hotel so far was the best we stayed in (better then the oposite hotel, named Am Wall).

Nice place in Soest

Nice Hotel, room and nice it was pet friendly.

The breakfast could be improved with fresher vegetables, and bread - bcos the COVID although they offer hand sanitizer the service cutlery at the breakfast was shared. Staff friendless could be improved.
