Struttura dotata di tutti i comfort, lavatrice con asciugatrice, lavastoviglie, piano ad induzione, Wi-Fi e due televisori con Sky. Posizione centrale con negozi, bar e farmacie nelle vicinanze. Palazzo silenzioso. Posizione strategica per visitare le più belle spiagge di Cabras. Disponibile e cortese il proprietario Alberto.
Palazzo un po’ datato e poco curato sia internamente sia esternamente.

i comfort della casa, in special modo la lava asciuga , che se avessi saputo mi portavo un terzo della valigia!
un pò il palazzo, ma la casa è molto carina e devo dire anche se poco fuori il centro , tutto sommato Oristano si gira molto bene. E ovviamente l'assenza dell'ascensore un pò pesa, ma fattibile.

Appartamento davvero molto bello, di recente ristrutturazione completa, in centro città ma molto comodo per muoversi. Parcheggio vicino. Spazi ampi, cucina fornita, letto molto comodo, grande balcone.
Per noi non è stato un problema, ma il palazzo è datato e l'appartamento è al secondo piano senza ascensore.
