Un apartamento muy conveniente, perfectamente situado y completo. La comunicación con el propietario es excelente y las indicaciones para check in fáciles y claras. Destaco especialmente la limpieza, muy buena. Instalaciones muy completas, con buen equipamiento (lavadora, frigorífico, microondas..) amplio y camas cómodas. El WiFi perfecto. Hay un supermercado justo enfrente, panaderías, restaurantes... Y la plaza principal de Tirana (donde coger el bus para el aeropuerto) a 5 minutos. Calidad precio excepcional.
Sólo un par de cosas que ya se apuntaron en otros comentarios. La primera es que, al estar situado frente a una avenida principal, puede resultar algo ruidoso, aspecto que se solucionaría invirtiendo en una buena ventana de aislamiento. Por otra parte, y esto es mucho más económico, se echan en falta ganchos para las toallas y una repisa para dejar el jabón en la ducha.

The apartment is very close to the center and was very clean and neat. This is my first rental in years which had very comfortable pillows. The mattress was very comfortable too.
Kitchen is well equipped as well.
Paulin the tenant was very kind and sent me a video of the front door when I asked, as we were arriving at night.
Our return flight was in the evening, so he was very kind to let us leave the bags in one of the apartments, till we went out for dinner.
I would definitely rent it out again. I'd love to come back again.
One thing I didn't like was a bit of noise from the window in our room. It was facing the street so we heard a lot of people talking outside.
In one of the 3 apartments we rented , one of the bathroom would great to have a hook for clothes to hang, and a small shelf for the soap or shower gel.
Other than that we found everything we needed.

The flat is clean, very spacious and central. It's less than 10 mins walk to Skanderbeg Square (city centre) and bus stops. Everything you need is on the doorstep: supermarket across the street, 24h self-service laundrette, bars, and restaurants. It has good amenities: we were able to cook our breakfast at home, store food and drinks in the fridge, top-notch air con, etc. The host was very helpful and easygoing, always available if needed. Due to the fact that the flat is in a central area, it was on the noisier side in the night, but that might be the case in other places as well given that Tirana is a vibrant city. One thing I would improve is the cleanliness of the soft furnishings (curtains, bed cover) due to dust and repetitive use.
