very relaxing and peaceful envrionment :)

i was upstairs during the time i stayed the location wasnt too far from the city centre, literally a 10-15 minute walk. the rooms were very clean and prepared, there were some activities to do (books (they are mostly in czech though), tv, vhs and cd player) the balcony was spacious and the view was wonderful you have a lot of space to yourself in the accommodation (bedroom, smaller living room, bathroom and toilet, etc) there was a store near the accommodation that was only a 1 minute walk from there, which was very convenient overall it was a perfect place to stay at, especially since it wasnt too expensive

i couldnt get the vhs or cd player in the upstairs living room to work properly. that could have been my fault however as i didnt spend a lot of time to try to get either of those to work oh and it takes about 30-45 minutes to walk there from the kutna hora train station which might not be good for some. i liked walking though so this wasn't a big problem for me

Wonderful place in many aspects but with some issues easily fixable that unexplicably are not fixed

This is a bedroom in the second floor of a regular house, someone lives in the first floor (that you don´t mix with). The room is in this 70s decor, very spacious, bright, quiet, clean, with a balcony overlooking a nice garden, closet and table, with some tourist info and the means to make your own coffee or tea. The toilet separated from sink and bathtub is across the corridor. Check in was autonomous

The bed headboard is a hazard/very uncomfortable totally absurd since it has a very low and quite protruding shelf that makes it impossible to sit, to read, for example. It can be easily made OK, and its incredible that it has not been done so, as you might easily get knocked on the head. Another aspect is that the bottom bed sheet was not in place, there was only a very uncomfortable bed protector. Apparently the bottom sheets were in a closet and you have to set them up yourself! Finally, the shower in the bathtub had no shower curtain, making showering just a difficult exercise of not flooding the whole thing.

Would stay again

Easy communication and lock box entry. The room is upstairs and very clean with a balcony. The owner wasn't there when we stayed but did communicate with us. Parking on the street outside but not a busy road. Walking distance to the City.

We weren't aware that the bathroom and toilet although private are across the corridor outside the room.

Nice quiet retro apartment, lovely owner, highly recommended J ¹⁷ g

Beautiful apartment on the first floor with balcony overlooking the garden. The owner is lovely, she gave us organic fruit from her garden and at the end of our stay drove us to the bus station so that we could see Kolin before going to Prague. The price was a bit steep but we stayed during Creepy Teepie festival so with high demand it was understandable. Overall 10/10 :)

Útulné retro ubytování, přesně to, co jsme hledali a všude krásně čisto. Paní hostitelka byla moc milá, probíhala pouze komunikace přes zprávy. Lokalita ideální asi 15 min pěšky do centra Kutné Hory.
