We had a very pleasant stay in Trapani. The apartment has two bedrooms and a living room, and it was very comfortable for the three of us. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was especially appreciated during the warm Sicilian days. There is also a small kitchenette, which was convenient for preparing simple meals. The bathroom has definitely seen better days, but it was clean and functional, so it was not a problem for us. The host was very kind, friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location is excellent — very convenient for exploring Trapani and the surrounding area. Overall, we had a lovely stay and would happily recommend this place to others visiting Trapani.

* Ottima posizione: in pochi minuti a piedi si raggiunge il centro, rendendo la struttura comoda per visitare la città.
* Personale molto cordiale e disponibile: abbiamo trovato persone gentili, preparate e sempre pronte ad aiutare.
* Parcheggio e ZTL: rappresentano sicuramente il principale problema. I parcheggi nelle vicinanze sono solo ed esclusivamente a pagamento e, considerando i costi piuttosto elevati, la spesa diventa importante. In una settimana abbiamo speso circa 100 € di parcheggio per ogni macchina. Inoltre, a causa della ZTL, è necessario lasciare l’auto a circa 600/700 metri dalla struttura e percorrere quindi una certa distanza a piedi ogni volta. Questo diventa particolarmente scomodo quando si hanno valigie o si deve fare la spesa.
* Acqua del rubinetto: non essendo potabile, è necessario acquistare e trasportare le bottiglie d’acqua, cosa poco pratica considerando la distanza dal parcheggio. Portare casse d’acqua per 600/700 metri a piedi è tutt’altro che comodo.
* Zona e condizioni degli edifici: le case non sono particolarmente grandi e, almeno nel nostro caso, la manutenzione ci è sembrata migliorabile. La zona circostante appare un po’ degradata, con diversi palazzi fatiscenti, compreso il cortile su cui affacciano gli appartamenti.
* Climatizzazione: è presente un solo condizionatore nell’appartamento. Durante l’estate questo può essere un problema, soprattutto nelle camere più lontane dal climatizzatore, dove la temperatura può diventare davvero elevata.
