location was good, rooms need an upgrade

breakfast was good and location next to subway was really good

an internet app for something like netflix on the room tv would be good. the airconditioning was noisy and the pillows wete very dusty. i woke up with dry throat and sore eyes

Overall, excellent. Would happily stay here again, and can easily recommend it to anyone.

Location was great, nearby to numerous attractions, shopping and transport. The staff were very helpful, polite and professional. The Premium Lounge was a highlight of the stay - an excellent way to unwind at the end of the day.

Lifts are a bit slow, but there DESPERATELY need to be more washing machines installed. There was a constant battle to access an available washing machine at ANY hour of the day or night, and for most 'normal' loads the dry cycle was completely inadequate.

the staff was very welcoming and trying to help all the time, breaks fast was really nice and the items that the hotel gives like gels and variety of beauty products

The Cabin President Premiere Hotel is an absolutely fabulous place to stay during a visit to Osaka!

We absolutely loved this hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful and kind. The breakfast was varied and delicious! The addition of the Premier Lounge from 4-9pm put the hotel in the exceptional category for us. After a long day out in Osaka it was wonderful to be greeted with a beverage of our choice and appetizers. Also, the view from the lounge was perfect. It overlooked a slightly busy intersection where the world just streamed by.

There was nothing that we didn’t like.

Exceptional

Ms. KOUNO was really helpful with calling taxi for us even in the heat. Ms. KOUDA was also super kind and helpful with late check out. All of the staff we interacted with was exceptional. Great service and comfortable beds. Clean room.

Great 9 Day Stay

Location, closed to a lot of restaurants and shopping and the train station practically downstairs. Grocery store across the street and 7-11 below, just next to the entrance of the hotel. Excellent water pressure in the shower and room gets cleaned daily.

Bed in room 1212 was old and making knocking noise. It woke up my wife every time I tossed around.

Location to metro, food, supermarket and shopping. In fact unable to fault on any issues. Amenities provided was very comprehensive.

good hotel, non ideal location

The hotel looked very presentable, clean and staff were nice. Room was small but the bathroom space was generous. In the lobby they also provided a variety of skin care/bath/shower product samples along with tea bags. it was a lovely touch to take a bath with salts after a long day of walking. Also, there is a whole street full of restaurants just 1 minute away. And a subway station is literally at the entrance of the hotel.

the location is not ideal. yes, it is located right next to the metro station, however, it took a lot of trips and stops to get somewhere more central. The most annoying part was the lack of irons and ironing boards! the staff would explain that all of the irons were “not available”. it took us two days to get one so had to wear super wrinkled clothes meanwhile. I believe for the price you pay, they could at least provide an iron in the laundry room.

Comfortable and clean rooms in an unbeatable location

Superb location opposite Tenmabashi Shopping street and metro/trains/buses on hand as well as supermarkets and 7/11 right next door . Lots of restaurants and bars close by. Free mineral water each day, selection of free toiletries, tea and coffee making in the room. Comfortable beds and cleaned every day. Separate toilet. No traffic disturbance even though the hotel is on a busy intersection.

Staff unable to order a taxi for a 4.50am pick up and suggested a route via train and bus which would not have arrived in time. In the end we ordered it ourselves on line. We were pretty disappointed at this poor service. Although English is spoken anything out of expected standard hotel phrases proved difficult.

Great location directly above the metro and very easy to access Dotonbori, Namba, Universal Studios etc from the hotel. The service was very attentive and we thought that this was excellent value for money and gave us a very comfortable stay in Osaka on our first trip there

we liked that it was literally next to the train station, a few minutes walk from a walking market. The rooms were bigger than the standard japanese hotel rooms and the staff were really helpful.

If you’re running the Osaka Marathon, this is the hotel!

Great location next to a subway station and only two stops to Osaka Castle park where the marathon starts/finishes, as well as convenient to shops and restaurants. The hotel is modern, clean, and good value for money. The hotel staff is professional, friendly and helpful.

Superb

Good location close to transport and right next to station. Staff were very friendly, understood English and rooms were clean. Also there is a 7-11 next door as well and cafe on the ground floor.

Situated slightly away from Umeda for food and shopping, however only one station away by train.
