Good price, but I am not sure if I would rent again.

The place is very good overall, but several important details were missing. It felt like the property was still being finished, which was a significant negative point. I hope that in the future it will be fully ready for proper rental.

There were no blinds or curtains, so I was woken up by direct sunlight around 6 a.m. and could not go back to sleep. This caused migraines and made my trip quite difficult. Other small but essential items were also missing, such as mirrors. On our last day, someone arrived to deliver a mirror, which confirmed that the property was still in the process of being completed. It seems the owners decided to start renting before everything was ready—understandable from their side, but unfortunately not ideal for the guest experience.

Exceptional Comfort, Convenience and Super Clean, 10/10 And Incredible Value For Money

Exceptional apartment. I've stayed here before but this apartment was better than the one I stayed in on the first visit.

Just make sure you submit all your ID documentation prior to your arrival. The check in otherwise can be a problem if you don't speak Brazilian Portuguese.

Tivemos dias maravilhosos, amamos tudo. Estava tudo limpo e confortável, funcionários sempre simpáticos e prestativos. O apartamento era perfeito para uma família de 4 pessoas ( o colchão da cama de casal já precisa ser trocado), mas no geral para mim foi tudo perfeito. Meus filhos amaram o parque no jardim!!! Com certeza quero voltar nas próximas férias ao Brasil. Foram semanas maravilhosas! Tudo funcionou perfeitamente para nós.

Localização

Muitos acessórios já com problemas. Na recepção, o recepcionista destratou a minha esposa, não orientando sobre os procedimentos de chek in. Achei muito apertado na foto imagina-se algo maior, o banheiro é muito pequeno. Internet bem lenta,
