The location was great. There were some really good options for dinner and I think I noticed some little supermarkets nearby as well. The rail station was also within walking distance so it was ideal. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay and the host was very attentive and quick to respond.
The only thing I would say is that the sofa bed is quite small length wise, and I'm quite short as well so if anyone is planning on staying there and is quite tall it may not be a good size for you.

Great location for bars and venues in Capitol Holl, everywhere walkable
Was not able to park my truck, parking for smaller vehicles only due to tight access

Location and Parking(for a smallish car)- that made it worth it. A block away from the action on Capitol Hill. Worth it just for that. The owner answer a phone call right away. Nice, pleasant house. Comfortable.
The loft bed is ONLY accessible by climbing a ladder. Be aware. Another, very uncomfortable fold out couch into bed is in the same space, but below the loft bed. There is another couch downstairs, but it is too short for an adult to sleep on. No coffee or anything. Could have at least had that available.
