Cerca de la estación de tren (aunque un poco peligrosa), nosotros estuvimos cómodos, se puede llegar a Paris en 30 min y eso está genial.
El dueño nos facilitó deje las maletas y recogerlas a la hora acordada.
En general es un buen lugar para una visita a Paris. Recomendado 😊

Close to the metro station. Just a 3 minute walk. The apartment was clean, had good amenities like a Nespresso coffee machine (with free capsules), microwave and fan. The fan was very useful as it was very hot. I didn’t meet the owners but we had a nice communication and seemed available and caring. The room was available and they let us check in a bit earlier. The access to the keys was super easy. The neighborhood felt safe and there are two bakeries and a small grocery store nearby. Quite close to CDG, only 20-25€ with an uber and relatively close to Disneyland (we returned back using Metro until Noisy-le-Grand and then took an uber only for 14€ as RER E closes earlier than other RER lines). Overall a nice place to stay if you’re looking something decent in an affordable price
A bit far from city centre - around 40 minutes (rer/metro). It’s not easy to return for a little rest and then visit Paris again. There is no soundproof. One day I woke up at 6:00am when one of the guests woke up and he was talking and laughing and another night I woke up at 3:00 am because the same guest returned back and was loud again. I know this isn’t the owner's fault but something could be done better for soundproofing the apartments. Also the floor is wooden and too noisy every time I was walking (I guess that was annoying for the apartment below. Although the apartment was clean, I would appreciate if the front yard was cleaner.
